The Seoul Para Sports Association supports the foundation of para sports teams in private and public companies in collaboration with the Korea Employment Agency for persons with isabilities, to create a stable training environment and jobs for athletes with disabilities.

Purposes

• Securing occupational and economic stability for athletes with disabilities and coaches Helping para sports athletes build confidence and a sense of self-worth

• Number of companies: 41 (3 public institutions, and 38 private companies)
• Number of people hired: 315 (12 coaches, and 303 athletes)
